Refund Policy

If RamsDraft is not right for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of a payment and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued by Paddle, our merchant of record, to the original payment method. They usually arrive within 5–10 working days.

Cancelling

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing page. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your rights under consumer law.
