Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Legal Entity Name (“we”) for the use of RamsDraft (the “service”). By creating an account you accept them.

The service

We provide the service as described on ramsdraft.co.uk. We may change or discontinue features; if a change materially reduces what you paid for, you may cancel and ask for a pro-rata refund.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to break the law or infringe the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Do not resell or share access without our written permission.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you submit and to the results produced for you. You give us permission to process that content only to provide the service. Results may be generated by automated systems; check them before relying on them.

Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record for all orders and handles payment and tax. Prices are shown on the pricing page. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
